ISSUE 404 was built on a simple idea: the best things online are the ones you can't find. Every piece is cut from heavyweight fabric, double-stitched, and released in limited error-coded runs. When a drop sells out, the page goes dark — no restocks, no reprints. If you found us, you're early.

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, here's how returns, exchanges and refunds work.
Request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, with the item in its original packaging. Once approved, ship it back within 7 days. We inspect every return on arrival — items that come back worn, washed, altered or stained may be refused or partially refunded.

Change of mind / wrong size: you cover return shipping (tracked recommended). Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: we cover it. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where an item arrived faulty or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds go back to your original payment method via Billplz. Please allow 7–14 business days after approval; your bank may take a little longer to reflect it.
Exchanges are subject to stock. The fastest route is usually to return for a refund and place a new order for the size you want. If your size is sold out, we'll refund instead.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll make it right with a free replacement (subject to stock) or a full refund including shipping.
Contact us as soon as possible — we can usually amend or cancel before your order is dispatched. Once shipped, it falls under the standard return process above.
You're responsible for return shipping and any customs charges on the return. Duties and taxes paid on your original order are non-refundable, as these are collected by your local authorities. Refunds are issued in MYR.
